Our favorite fitness center is closing after two and a half years. Almost every Sunday since October 2010 Ted and I have danced our Sunday mornings away at Fustion Fitness, but our beloved center is closing. Ted was practicing Tai Chi there four times a week. I'm on the hunt for a new venue. I know how important it is to keep exercising, so I have a plan! Unfortunately it won't be right around the corner, but that won't stop us from keeping fit. Exercise not only helps to keep Ted and me strong, but it helps overall attitudes.
